A little space for you.

The Healing Meadow

The Healing Meadow was created from a simple belief: taking care of yourself isn't a luxury - it's part of taking care of everything else.

I'm Hannah, a mum to two young boys, William and George, and the person behind The Healing Meadow.

Like so many people, I know how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the list. There is always something else that needs doing, someone else who needs you, or a reason to say I'll do it another time.

But I've also always loved the feeling of a spa day or a little escape, that feeling of slowing down, switching off and leaving feeling like yourself again.

So, I decided to create a little space where you can do exactly that.

Meet Hannah

Massage is a relatively new path for me, but the love of that feeling of being looked after isn't.

I've always been drawn to spas, treatments and those little moments where you can properly switch off. More recently, I decided to turn that interest into something of my own and put myself through the qualifications to make it a reality.

Today, I offer a range of treatments designed to help you pause, reset and feel restored, but for me, it's about much more than the treatment itself.

I want The Healing Meadow to be somewhere you feel safe, comfortable and completely able to switch off. Somewhere you don't have to be mum, wife, worker, or organiser.

You can just be you.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling calmer, lighter and restored - with a little more in the tank to give to yourself and everyone around you.

You don't have to earn your rest.

I think we can all get very good at telling ourselves we'll make time for ourselves when everything else is done.

But the list is never really finished.

Taking an hour for yourself doesn't mean you're neglecting the people you love. In fact, sometimes it's what allows you to come back to them feeling more patient, present and like yourself.

You deserve time that is just yours.

Time to breathe.
Time to switch off.
Time to be looked after.

And that's what I want The Healing Meadow to give you.
